Abstract: Objective To probe the satisfaction-degree of basic medical staff in Inner Mongolia after health reform, so as to contribute to the overall goal of health reform. Methods The data was got from field survey and analyzed by descriptive method. Results 69.6%, about 70% basic medical staff were satisfied with health reform. That is to say health reform has achieved some success. Conclusion In order to improve the enthusiasm of basic medical staff and the quality of health care services, compensation plan and incentive mechanism for basic medical staff should be completed and established, as well as effective distribution system and perfect essential drug list.
