Objective: To measure and analysis the equalization of health resources allocation in provinces of China. Methods: Using the county level data of health resources, and applying discrete index to measure the equalization of health resources allocation. Results: There show a upward trend of the equalization of health resources allocation in provinces of China since 2007. There show a significantly difference of the equalization of health resources allocation among provinces of China. In eastern of China, the equalization is outstanding, the central region at a lower level, and the western region is the lowest. In the developing area, which has a low population intensive, generally show a low the level of equalization. Conclusion: The government should actively promote the equalization of health resources allocation, to guarantee health services of residents in developing area.
