Objective: To analyze the problems and causes of financial compensation for large medical equipment in China, and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations for optimizing the financial compensation mechanism. Methods: Under the background of new medical reform policy, to the role of budget performance evaluation as the logical starting point, from the perspective of the theory of product life cycle theory and the interest related to the subject of two. Analysis the problems existing in the allocation and use of large-scale medical equipment. Results: The supporting policies of the financial compensation path of large medical equipment are not perfect, and performance evaluation system based on multiple stakeholder body is not perfect. Conclusion: We should strengthen the performance evaluation of large medical equipment lifecycle management, and based on the Multi Stakeholders Perspective sound of large medical equipment performance indicator system.
