Objective: Summarizing the subject, object, pricing mechanism and supporting measures of European drug price regulation,. to provide references for the drug price management in China. Methods: The Drug Price Regulation overseas were reviewed by literature review and policy analysis. Results: European Countries’ drug price administration diversification, implementing classified management for drugs. Price forming method include legal pricing, centralized purchasing and so on. Supporting measures include information disclosure, price freeze and cut, etc. Conclusion: It was suggested to moderately centralized with administrative subject, integrated use of a variety of management methods, to strengthen the information disclosure and improve the system of centralized purchasing, etc.
