Abstract: Objective: Survey on medical equipment configuration status based on Ministry of Health of 44 hospitals and management problems, search the number of equipment configuration and emergency and inpatient surgery volume correlation in order to provide recommendations for scientific and rational allocation of medical equipment. Methods: Using literature research, expert consultation, questionnaire survey method to collect information, the use of statistical software to analyze data. Results: Except LA ,the number of other four kinds of equipment is related to emergency and inpatient surgery volume. The configuration procedure of large-scale medical equipment is more complicated; The approval rate is to be improved; Lack of scientific configuration; Devices to share information technology support is weak; Efficiency in the use of tracking devices to be further analyzed. Conclusion: Hospitals should further establish and improve the configuration management system; Establish a scientific and rational allocation of ways and means; Considered by device sharing, centralized management, conduct performance appraisal and other methods to improve equipment efficiency.
