[Abstract] Objective To analyze the financial data of the military hospital in Anhui Province for one year. Methods Use k-s test and 2-independent-samples t test to check the financial data from the same period before and after medical reform. Then use trend and ratio analysis for each item. And then through the sickbed utilization index analyze the work efficiency of each clinical department. Results After medical reform the drug revenue (-9.91%) and drug accounting (-3.50%) both decline meanwhile diagnosis and treatment revenue has a definite increase (237.44%) which line with the reform-oriented. However, the part of supplies revenue does not change significantly which needs further control and management. Most of the clinical departments are in good condition, and these can be adjusted according to the subject characteristics. Conclusion Since the military hospital participate in local medical reform, it has a stable development .The revenue structure has been optimized and the value of medical professionals has improved significantly. All these can promote the further development of the advantage clinical discipline. At the same time, the occupancy rate of the hospital decreased and medical income growth in a slow rate which suggest the need of control the scale of hospital and focus on featured technology development.
