Objective: To investigate the main factors of the inpatients expenses in the county-level public hospitals,and provide reference for reasonable costs. Methods: Single factor analysis was used to analyze the discharge passengers and expenses, as well as the hospital size, high value consumables,inspection equipment and other data collected through 100 county-level public hospitals of the province in 2015.Results: The average expenses of county-level public hospitals in the province are about 4000 yuan;The level of financial assistance and personnel expenses accounting were negatively correlated with the medical expenses for county-level public hospitals,but the hospital’s medical costs, fixed assets, inspection equipment large number of species B,and the number of health workers were positively correlated. Conclusion: Financial assistance, personnel costs accounting,large B inspection equipment, health workers were correlated with the cost of county-level public hospitals , for which we can start to control medical costs from the above aspects.
