Abstract:With the rising demands for medical services, public hospitals have been unable to meet their increasingly diverse, high-end demands for medical services. To solve this problem and diversify health care market, the state has introduced a number of policies encourage private investment in medicine which as a useful supplement to public hospitals. Beijing actively responds to national call, and a series of policies has been released and implemented which greatly promoted the development of private hospitals in Beijing which leads to go first. In this paper, the review of policies and analysis of effects during the period from 2012 to 2015 are helpful to conclude and analyze the effects and make rational recommendations.
