To understand the current situation and the dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service price of medical institutions. Methods: Using a random questionnaire to investigate the national medical institutions. Results: The price of medical services is mainly formulated by the competent pricing department where the medical institution is located. Most of the medical institutions where there is no fixed price adjustment of medical service price adjustment cycle, at this stage the most prominent problem is the lack of dynamic adjustment mechanism、price divergence cost. The dynamic adjustment of the price of medical service should be based on the medical cost, and choose the right time, which will be carried out under certain conditions. Conclusion: At this stage, the price adjustment mechanism of medical service price is not established, which provides reference and basis for the establishment of the dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service price on the basis of the investigation and study.
