It is the key point of medical system reform to improve drug and material procurement mechanism, Zhejiang Province pilot carries out drug procurement ‘three in one’ recently. This paper introduces the operation mode of new procurement platform of medicines and medical apparatus in Zhejiang, and analyzes the significant impact of the reform on hospital, such as capital turnover, internal control, information construction and accounting, in order to discuss the coping strategies of hospital.
