Objective: analyze the impact of medical care reform policy on the economic operation of provincial women specialist hospital. Methods: take the Women Specialist Hospital of Zhejiang Province as the studying object, collect the financial data of the hospital from 2011 to 2015, analyze and compare the data before and after the reform using the methods of ratio analysis, trend analysis, factor analysis and so on. Results: the economical operation of the hospital is stable, the compensation rate is higher, the income structure is optimized, the enthusiasm of the medical personnel is improved, the public welfare is gradually strengthened, and the proportion of medicare payment increases. Conclusion: the medical reform has achieved expected results, suggest to strengthen the supply of quality health service for women, prepare for the era of overall two children, and further optimize the income structure, strengthen cost control, to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the Women Specialist Hospital of Zhejiang Province.
