In the existing health care system, hierarchical diagnosis and treatment can optimize the allocation of health resources, promote the new pattern of medical treatment and establish the new order of medical treatment. Informationization is the important foundation and gripper of the health development, and is also the new methods and direction leading the health medical order. "Internet plus" provides a chance to achieve leapfrog development for hierarchical diagnosis and treatment . The purpose of this paper is to establish a new hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model based on “ internet plus”.
