Compared with the tranditional public hospital and private hospital, the operation characteristic is relatively complex in mixed ownership hospital. Institutional legal nexus has been made clear among government, relevant department, subject of investment and hospital operation department in this paper. And the paper discussed the development rule in mixed ownership hospital, researched the management system and operation mechanism in mixed ownership hospital, put forward the countermeasures and advices.
