Abstract As a special commodity, the reasonable price formation mechanism of drug is related to people’s health and the harmonious development of health care industry. Nowadays, the management of drug price in foreign countries tend to be value-based pricing, it can not only control drug prices well but also improve the utilization rate of resources and motivation to develop new drugs. Therefore, this paper put forward the mechanism of drug pricing and price-adjusting based on classification of drug value. This method can set different prices according to different value and ensure the unity of price and value. The higher the value, the higher the price will be.
