According to the need of the State Department and Health and Family Planning Commission to promote the development of healthy service industry, improve the services of health care and accelerate the development of health industry, as well as the explore of the status of our population, society and economic development in recent years, this study has preliminarily discussed Care Industry. It aims to: ①To improve the situation of existing population shortage and unreasonable resource allocation of Care Industry. ②To put forward the concept of “health care industry” to meet the growing health care demands of special populations and expand the scope of High quality health care service. ③To discuss the industrialization of health care, establish the feasibility of health care industrial clusters, preliminarily discuss the development of the Care Industry.
