Public hospital received fiscal subsidies , enjoy the exempt from tax policy, its financial information should disclose to the society , including costs inputs, benefits and output, et al., so as to accept the supervision of government and general public. In order to improve relevant government policies and provide a reference for public hospital practice, this paper combed the current situation, beneficial experience and main problems of financial information disclosure from 74 public hospitals’ official website.
