Abstract: Population aging has become a serious social problem in our country, the construction of a multi-level and broad cover care insurance system has become an important solution to cope with crisis. In this article, through comprehensive comparison of the world’’’’’’’’s developed countries care insurance management pattern, and its background, financing mode and legislative support differences in many aspects, such as one by one analysis, in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of nursing insurance system in our country and the practice basis.
