Objective: to construct the model of dynamic adjustment of basic medical service price. Methods: Based on the price control model of foreign public product, combined with the factors affecting the price of basic medical services, the dynamic adjustment model of medical service price based on the cost and income structure was established. Results: Though the Empirical Study of the model, the results of the calculation are basically in accordance with the national health service price adjustment in some provinces . Conclusion: the model is fit for price changes, which stimulates the medical institutions to improve production efficiency and improve the quality of medical service.
