Objective: To analyze the current situation and fairness of China’s nursing human resource allocation in 2011 and 2016. Methods: Descriptive statistical analysis method, Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were integrated applied to estimate the equity of nursing human resource allocation. Results: The ratio of doctors and nurses is unbalanced, the allocation of nursing resources is equitable for the population and per capita disposable income while highly inequitable for Geographical areas. Conclusion: Introduce and keep nursing talent reasonably and take targeted talent policy to improve the equality of nursing human resource allocation
