Objective: To design the price adjustment scheme of medical service in city public hospitals in Guangdong Province. Methods: literature consultation, questionnaire survey, descriptive statistical analysis, comparative analysis, empirical analysis and expert consultation. Results: Based on the theoretical research and the current situation of medical service price in Guangdong Province, according to the national medical service price document, learning from reform experience from provinces and cities in China, constructs the model of medical service price adjustments, designs the price adjustment scheme of medical service and puts forward relevant policy suggestions. Conclusion: Through the empirical analysis, the price adjustment scheme of medical service is reasonable and practicable, and provides some policy reference for the government
