This research focuses on the top design of health poverty alleviation, firstly we analysis the problems that arise during the operation of the policy, then proposes the optimization strategy of poverty alleviation policy from the perspective of institution supply, so as to promote the healthy poverty alleviation work smoothly, and provide the production and development support for the poor.
