The reform of the Big Data Diagnosis-Intervention Packet (DIP) payment method in Zhengzhou has entered the stage of substantive payment. On the basis of analyzing the impact of the reform of the big data payment method on hospital cost management, combined with the actual application of the Henan Chest Hospital, the overall framework and implementation path of the digital integrated platform for cost management are studied. It discussed the value empowerment of hospital cost management under the DIP payment model, and provides a reference for hospital managers to explore intelligent cost management practices.
