Abstract:Objective: To strengthen the internal control of hospital engineering bidding control price and bill of quantities preparation work, and effectively improve the quality of engineering bidding control price and bill of quantities preparation to provide a management model that can be learned from. Methods: Taking a target tertiary hospital as an example, using the idea and framework of the PDCA cycle management method, sort out the problems existing in the construction engineering bidding control price and the compilation of the bill of quantities, analyze the reasons, formulate targeted improvement measures and implement them. Results: After the implementation of PDCA management measures, the internal control of engineering bidding control price and the compilation of bill of quantities was further improved, and the quality of compilation was greatly improved. Conclusion: The use of PDCA cycle management method to manage the construction engineering bidding control price and the compilation of the bill of quantities is conducive to improve the quality of compilation and controlling investment risks.
