It focuses on the topic of competency of health personnel. By collecting，collating and summarizing the relevant studies on competency models of personnel，competency of health personnel and competency of health economic managers in China and abroad，it analyzes the characteristics and content focus of each literature，summarizes the limitations of the current studies on this topic，and provides information and references for the development of subsequent studies.
