On the basis of combing the relevant policies of guiding the rational use of innovative general technology in public hospitals at the national level，the application scenarios of innovative and generic technologies in medical services，the establishment of medical service price items of innovative and generic technologies in typical provinces are introduced. Policy recommendations are proposed to establish a reasonable price formation mechanism for medical service items of innovative and generic technologies: setting up green channels to speed up the progress of accepting and approving applications for the establishment of medical service items of innovative and generic technologies; anchoring the cost measurement results of hospitals to reasonably set the prices charged for medical service items of innovative and generic technologies，with the aim of promoting the clinical application of new technologies and regulating price behaviour.
