Objective: Retrieving the published pilot plans of the big data diagnosis-intervention package (DIP)，in order to comprehend the implementation status of DIP payment reform in pilot areas，and intend to promote the effectiveness of this implementation by putting forward policy suggestions. Methods: The relevant policy documents on the Government website the pilot area and the website of the Healthcare Security Administrations were explored，and content analysis is used to compare pilot policies from 6 dimensions. Results: A total of 21 implementation plans of the DIP reform in 19 pilot regions were retrieved. By analyzed，it was found that the progress of the DIP pilot region in China is generally good，but still can be further improved. Conclusion: Policy suggestions are putting forward from several aspects such as appropriately broadening the scope of payment，reducing the expert review of cases in the formulation of related weight and score deviation correction，and exploring intelligent supervision method，etc.
