Measuring the health utility of cancer patients is a key component of conducting cost-utility analysis of anticancer treatment.The Quality of Life Utility Measure-Core 10 Dimensions (QLU-C10D) is a new cancer-specific multi-attribute utility scale that has not been introduced to China.It firstly introduces the development of the QLU-C10D descriptive system,including the source,development process and main health states of the scale.Secondly,the method and process of constructing the value set of QLU-C10D are introduced based on Australia as an example.Finally,the application of QLU-C10D in the field of utility measurement and economic evaluation is summarized and its future development is discussed.It will further advance the application of the QLU-C10D in the field of health utility measurement in China and provide cancer patients with a more accurate measurement instrument.
