    摘要:

    DRG医保支付方式改革与DRG付费模式下的绩效考核将推动建立基于价值的医疗服务体系。医院应建立相应的绩效分配体系,为其改善收入结构和优化病种结构提供有效的调节手段。文章以样本医院为例,通过探索绩效分配理念和方法,构建了基于RBRVS的DRG付费模式下积分效能绩效分配体系,该体系引导了临床科室兼顾效率与效益的诊疗行为,促进了临床诊疗与科室运营的有机结合,从而达到在降低患者医疗负担的同时提高临床科室绩效。

    Abstract:

    The reform of medical insurance payment and performance evaluation based on Diagnosis Related Group(DRG) will promote the establishment of a value-based medical service system. Public hospitals should establish a new performance distribution system,so as to provide effective adjustment means for the improvement of its income structure and the optimization of the hospital's disease structure. Through the exploring the performance allocation theories and methods,the sample hospital is selected as the example to construct a DRG Integral Efficiency performance system based on RBRVS was formed. It manages to promote the organic combination of clinical diagnosis and treatment and department operation,guide clinical departments to turn to a treatment behavior that balance efficiency and effectiveness,and reduce the medical burden of patients and improve clinical department's performance at the same time.
