Health research institutions are the direct bearers of medical science and technology innovation.In recent years,the state has continuously increased its investment in the funding of scientific research projects in health research institutions.It analyzes the problems in the management of fiscal research projects,including fiscal project fund management not keeping up with the times,irregular fiscal project process management,insufficient attention to project performance management,and rough target setting.Moreover,it proposes improvement suggestions to enhance the management of financial research projects and improve the efficiency of fund use.
