    目的:分析2012—2020年我国中医药人力资源均衡现状及时空演变特征,为优化中医药人力资源配置提供依据。方法:以我国31个省份中医药人力资源为基础,运用基尼系数、全局空间自相关和局域空间自相关进行综合分析。结果:2012—2020年,我国中医类别执业(助理)医师、见习中医师及中药师(士)平均增速分别为8.02%、2.28%、2.50%; 东部、中部、西部地区及不同省份之间中医药人员数量存在较大差异;按人口配置的基尼系数优于按地理面积配置的基尼系数,且西部地区资源均衡性较差;局部聚集特征逐渐凸显,形成了“东部地区高-高聚集”和“西部地区低-低聚集”效应。结论:建议均衡调整资源配置结构,综合考虑多种因素,提高中医药服务可及性,各省份应健全中医药人才效能盘活机制,促进资源合理空间布局。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To analyze the current situation and spatial-temporal evolution of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) human resources in China from 2012 to 2020, so as to provide a basis for optimizing the allocation of TCM human resources.Methods: Based on the human resources of TCM in 31 provinces and cities, the Gini coefficient, global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation were used for comprehensive analysis.Result: From 2012 to 2020, the average growth rate of TCM practitioners (assistants), trainee TCM physicians and TCM practitioners (practitioners) were 8.02 %, 2.28 %and 2.50 %, respectively ; the number of TCM personnel in the eastern, central and western regions was different from that in different provinces and cities.The Gini coefficient based on population was better than that based on geographical area, and the resource balance in western China was poor.The characteristics of local agglomeration are gradually coming to the fore, forming high-high agglomeration in the east and low-low agglomeration in the west.Conclusion: It is suggested to adjust the resource allocation structure in a balanced way, take various factors into account, and improve the accessibility of TCM services.Provinces and cities should improve the mechanism of TCM personnel efficiency and promote the rational spatial distribution of resources.
