Objective: To explore the influence of multiple and compound medical insurance payment methods，mainly including disease Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) and Diagnosis-Intervention Packet (DIP) on hospital fund management. Methods: By analyzing the impact of the reform of multiple and compound medical insurance payment mode，mainly DRG and DIP，on hospital fund management，the corresponding optimization strategy of hospital fund management was proposed. Results: The reform of DRG and DIP medical insurance payment mode had a profound impact on the hospital fund management. The hospital should improve the cost accounting system，optimize the medical service pricing strategy，establish a scientific performance management system，improve the importance of financial management human resource construction，and fully use information technology to improve the level of financial management to meet the long-term development needs of the hospital under the new environment. Conclusion: In view of the impact of DRG and DIP based multiple compounds medical insurance payment reform on hospital fund management，the corresponding hospital fund management optimization strategy was proposed.
