The aging problem of China's population is becoming increasingly serious，and the contradiction between the growth of elderly care demand and the shortage of care resources is becoming increasingly obvious. Establishing and improving a reasonable financing mechanism is an important guarantee to ensure the fairness and accessibility of long-term care services for the elderly. Australia entered the aging society early and has made a good system design in improving the accessibility and fairness of long-term care services for the elderly. Therefore，it takes Australia as the object to carry out case studies，sort out and analyze its financing mechanism for long-term care for the elderly，summarize its existing problems，and provide references for improving China's financing policies for long-term care for the elderly.
