By systematically sorting out and analyzing the problems of drug quality, drug supply, incentive problems of medical in- stitutions and doctors, patient trust, drug payback rate and regional imbalance in the process of China’s centralized drug procurement policy, it proposes to further optimize the centralized drug procurement policy by improving the price mechanism, strengthening moni- toring and supervision, strengthening qualification examination and improving the regulatory system, playing the regulation of medical insurance and strengthening the “Three Medical Linkage”; strengthen the main responsibility to ensure the efficiency of the return; strengthen policy publicity, enhance patient awareness; expand the scope of the pilot, standardize the collection process and other as- pects to further optimize the centralized drug procurement policy. References are provided for further optimization of centralized drug procurement policy, and relevant policy thinking and suggestions for the normalization and institutionalization of national centralized drug procurement.
