Abstract:Objective: Through the practical exploration of the financial integration management of the merged county medical alli- ance in Sanming, it puts forward the path to solve the financial integration management, providing references for the financial integra- tion management of the merged county medical alliance. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on medical and health insti- tutions at the municipal, county level, and township level within the tight county medical community, and group discussions were held with the heads of finance, personnel, medical insurance, pricing, information, equipment, and general affairs departments within the merged county medical alliance. Results: The organizational structure of financial integration management in the merged county medical alliance in Sanming was clear, and the“seven unifications”of financial system management, budget management, medical insurance management, price management, procurement management, performance assessment management, and information management were achieved, and the financial development situation of the merged county medical community was good. Conclusion: In addition to the achievement of“seven unified”, the financial integrated management of Sanming’s merged county medical alliance should also clari- fy the division of property rights of each member unit in the merged county medical alliance, so as to improve the overall budget man- agement level.
