    摘要:

    目的:为有效评估我国医院绩效水平,并提供科学评估工具。方法:基于文献分析及专家讨论从服务总量、资源效率、质量安全、基金效能4个维度选取指标,构建医院绩效评价指标体系,采用博弈理论改进传统组合赋权模型,使其准确度量加权系数,建立绩效评价模型。结果:2015—2021年我国医院的绩效水平得分分别为 0.320 8分、0.331 0分、1.138 8 分、0.375 0分、0.908 9分、0.464 7分、0.621 7分,呈现先增长后下降的趋势。结论:该模型能够客观确定加权系数,并且绩效评价结果很好地反映了我国医院绩效水平。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To effectively evaluate the performance level of Chinese hospitals and provide scientific evaluation tools. Methods: Based on literature analysis and expert discussion, indicators were selected from the four dimensions of total service, re- source efficiency, quality and safety, and fund efficiency, the evaluation index system of hospital performance was constructed, and the game theory was used to improve the traditional combination weighting model, make it accurately measure the weighting coefficient and establish a performance evaluation model. Results: The performance scores of Chinese hospitals from 2015 to 2021 were 0.320 8 points, 0.331 0 points, 1.138 8 points, 0.375 0 points, 0.908 9 points, 0.464 7 points, and 0.621 7 points, respectively, which in- creased at first and then decreased. Conclusion: The model can determine the weighting coefficient objectively, and the performance evaluation result accurately reflects the performance level of hospitals in China.
